  • What kind of sales do you hold on Instagram?

    Live, Feed, and Story sales will be held via Instagram. Please be sure to follow @thegoodchie_ on Instagram for updates on upcoming sales!

    Live Sale: A live sale on Instagram is a real-time shopping experience where we showcase a curated table of our best crystals through a live stream. You'll join us virtually, interact with us and other viewers through comments, and have a chance to purchase/claim items directly through the stream. As each item is showcased and the price is revealed, you can claim it by commenting. Live sales are a fun, exhilirating, and a great way to connect with one another, lasting anywhere between 2-6 hours.

    Feed Sale: A feed sale takes place directly on The Good Chie's Instagram feed. We will post new items for sale as individual posts on our Instagam profile. These posts will feature images, descriptions, and pricing information where you claim an item on the post itself.

    Story Sale: A story sale is a time-limited (24 hours) shopping experience that takes place through Stories. We'll post videos of products for sale on our stories with descriptions and pricing. When you find something you'd like to purchase, you can answer the reply box in the Story to claim it.

  • How do I purchase during your sales?

    Please claim responsibly. Typically, I will be the only person running sales so I appreciate your patience. Out of fairness for all, once you claim an item, there will be no switches or putbacks. We do our best to be understanding and will allow some exceptions. However, if you continue to violate this policy, you will be blocked from future sales.

    LIVE SALE

    If you see something you'd like to purchase during the live sale, once the price has been shown, you can type any word or emoji + the price (the number on the crystal) in the chat.

    Whoever pops up first on our screen will claim the item. Please note: you will usually appear first on your screen, however we will go off of who shows up first on our screen.

    If you think you we cannot see your comments, type "Unblock" or try typing something different so that Instagram will not think you're a bot.
     

    FEED SALE

    If you see an item you'd like to purchase, comment "Sold" or "Claim" on the feed post. If there are multiple items on a post, please indicate the Slide Number. i.e: Claim Slide 2

    The first person to comment will claim the item. I will respond to your comment confirming that the claim is yours.

    STORY SALE

    If you see an item you'd like to purchase, comment "Sold" or "Claim" on the comment box available in the Story post. I will respond to you via DM to confirm that the claim is yours.

  • How do I pay for my claims?

    After each sale, we will create an invoice and send to your provided e-mail address. Please allow up to 2-3 days for your invoice to be sent to you. You can check out directly through your invoice.

    All invoices must be paid within 48 hours of receiving. Failure to pay your invoice within the time period or without open communication will result in being blocked from future sales and reported to the crystal community as an unpaid customer. We understand that things happen so please do not hesitate to reach out via DM or e-mail hello@thegoodchie.com

  • Are payment plans available?

    At the moment, I cannot offer payment plans. Please claim responsibly.

  • SHIPPING

  • Where do you ship to?

    Currently, we only ship in the US. Rates will vary depending on size and weight.

  • How long will my order take to ship?

    Upon completing your invoice, please allow up to 5-10 business days for your order to be processed, packaged, and dropped off for shipping. Timelines can vary depending on amount of orders and size of sale, however, an estimated timeline looks like:

    Day 1: Sale

    Day 2 to Day 4: Invoicing

    Day 5 to Day 8: Packing

    Day 9 to Day 10: Ship Out

    Shipping can take up to 3-7 days.

  • Do you offer shipping insurance?

    We do not cover insurance costs for any packages. If you would like to add insurance for an additional cost, please contact us through Instagram DM or e-mail hello@thegoodchie.com during invoicing.

  • RETURNS + EXCHANGES

  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?

    We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please claim and purchase responsibly.

  • What if my package arrived damaged?

    We will offer store credit for a broken item as long as the buyer provides proof of damage within 48 hours of the delivery date. Depending on availability, we may also offer a replacement.

  • What if my package is delayed or lost?

    Once your package is out for shipping, we are no longer held responsible for any delayed or lost packages. All orders will have a tracking number and is shipped via USPS or UPS. Please contact USPS or UPS for any issues.
